Why negotiate commission?
We are an agent-owned firm with low overhead. We are able to provide the full-service listings at a rate that’s comfortable for us and our clients.
With more sophisticated technology now available to market listings, agents no longer need to turn to traditional marketing techniques like listing in real estate magazines or newspapers. We want to pass along the savings to our clients.
What’s my home worth?
Determining a home’s value is a bit more complicated than the Zillow “Zestimate” suggests. A few major factors include location, square footage, quality of basic materials (roof, windows, etc).

What can I do to prepare my home for listing?
Remove clutter – inside and out! Fresh paint and a professional cleaning also go a long way.
Can I list my home myself?
Sure – but should you? Listing “For Sale by Owner” (FSBO) is an option, but it’s definitely not right for every seller. Market statistics indicate that FSBO properties sell for less and stay on the market longer than agent listings.
Who pays the buyer’s agent?
The seller typically pays the buyer’s agent a 2.5% commission for bringing the buyer.
